Hill Climb Racing 2
Why You’ll Love Hill Climb Racing 2
Remember one of those games that feature a cart (or any other vehicle) and an insanely bumpy ‘track’, where you have to either clear levels or get as far as you can while trying to not land on your face? Well, Hill Climb Racing 2 is one of them.
Anyway, while some of these games might feature great physics, environments, tracks, additional obstacles, or just some really nice dark humor, many can be plain boring attempts at creating a game. While poorly designed graphics may turn you down, such games also need to feature accurate physics and a game-play that takes more than hit-and-trial.
Well, we might have good news for you.
We just came across a game that features everything from accurate physics, a variety of vehicles, tracks, and oh- trick reward and point collection systems.
What’s ‘Hill Climb Racing 2’ again?
Hill Climb Racing is a highly addictive, physics-based, side-scrolling driver that’ll get you hooked to itself like a piranha to your foot- well, it just won’t hurt that bad.
The player acts as an in-game character, Newton Bill, a young uphill racer who embarks on a nearly endless journey to- well, somewhere. All we can tell you right now that the journey is pretty long. The game has you involved in uphill racing with Bill in a variety of good-looking environments in a large variety of vehicles. Like we mentioned earlier, the player can obtain bonuses by collecting coins that are present frequently on the track; ‘and’ by performing various tricks.
Why it’s better Than Other Uphill Racers
Our favorite part is the tricks. Very few mobile games today feature complex game play, which for some seemingly-but-not-so-strange reason, make computer flash games more fun. Well, there it is. Most mobile games will have you do nothing but repeatedly tap, swipe, or balance a highly unstable vehicle.
Moreover, Hill Climb Racing 2 features upgrades that enhance a vehicle’s performance, also making the game-play tactical in nature. Several parts of the vehicles such as suspension, engine, and tires can be upgraded. The game also features a large variety of levels and environments, including Arctic, Desert, and even the Moon!
The game-play isn’t the only thing that’s great about this game. It also features high resolution, well-balanced graphics that won’t have any problems with low-resolution devices. An ‘RPM’ and a ‘boost’ meter along with the ‘gas’ and ‘brake’ pedals are located around the lower edge of the display to act as controls, without affecting the player’s view at all.
